Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Planet (planet-viral.com) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy. You must be at least 18 and be using Planet for a business or professional purpose.
2. What Planet does
Planet studies short videos that are already doing well in your niche and turns them into a video plan for your business: what to film, how to edit it, and captions and hashtags. It also includes an editing coach, an idea bank and photo and ad tools. Plans and answers are written with AI from public information, so they can contain mistakes. Review everything before you use it.
Planet is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or any other platform. Their names belong to their owners. Reference videos belong to their creators; we link to them and don't host them.
3. Your account
Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for activity under your account.
4. Price and billing
- Your first 7 days of full access cost $1.
- After that, Planet costs $400 per month, charged automatically each month to your card until you cancel. If you cancel before your first 7 days end, you won't be charged the $400.
- Payments are handled by Stripe.
- You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account menu. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- AI image and research features have a fair-use allowance for each billing period. If you reach it, those features pause until the next period.
- We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next billing period.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you give us, such as your business details and photos. You allow us to process them to provide Planet. You're responsible for the videos and posts you publish, for having the rights to any photos, music and people shown in them, and for following the rules of each platform you post on.
6. Our content and software
Planet's software, plans and written content belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the plans and answers you receive in your own business's marketing. You may not resell Planet, share your login, or copy or scrape the service.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Planet to break the law, to harm or deceive people, to infringe anyone's rights, to attack or overload the service, or to get around its limits.
8. No guarantee of results
Planet is guidance. We don't promise any number of views, followers, customers or sales. Numbers shown in examples on our site are illustrative unless they link to a source.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Planet running but can't promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or remove features. We may update these terms and will update the date above. Continuing to use Planet after a change means you accept it.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Planet and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.
11. Liability
Planet is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
