Refund and Cancellation Policy

In short: your first week costs $1. Cancel before it ends and you're never charged the $400. You can cancel any time. If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we'll look at it.

The first week

You pay $1 for your first 7 days of full access. If you cancel before those 7 days end, we don't charge the $400 monthly price. The $1 is not refunded.

Monthly plan

After the first week, Planet is $400 per month, charged automatically each month. You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

How to cancel

Log in to Planet.
Open the account menu and choose Billing.
Choose Cancel plan and confirm.

If you can't log in, email Planet-Viral@outlook.com from the address on your account and we'll cancel it for you.

Refunds

Payments for a billing period that has already started are generally not refunded. We will review a refund request, and refund where it's reasonable, if:

we charged you by mistake or charged you more than once, or
you were charged the $400 and did not mean to continue, and you contact us within 7 days of the charge.

To ask, email Planet-Viral@outlook.com from the address on your account and tell us the date of the charge. Refunds go back to the original card and can take several business days to appear.

Disputes

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We'd rather fix it directly.
