In short: we collect what we need to run your account and build your plan, Stripe handles your card, and we use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. We don't sell your personal information. Email us any time to see or delete your data.

Who we are

Planet (planet-viral.com) builds social media video plans for businesses. "We" and "us" mean Planet. Questions about this policy: Planet-Viral@outlook.com.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and password. Your password is checked by our login provider and is not stored in readable form.
Business details you enter: your business name, what it does, industry, website (if you give one), team size and revenue range, and the choices and progress you save in your plan.
Photos and screenshots you send to the photo, ad and editing-coach tools. They are sent to our AI providers to produce the result. We don't store them on our servers; they stay in your browser.
Payment information: Stripe collects and processes your card on its own page. We never see your full card number. We receive your plan status, subscription and invoice details.
Usage: counts of AI requests so we can apply daily and monthly limits, and standard server logs.
Ad measurement: our site uses the Meta Pixel, which records page views and key steps (landing page view, account created, checkout started) together with browser identifiers and cookies. Our payment provider can also send purchase information to Meta.

How we use it

To create your account, build your plan and run the editing coach and other tools.
To take payment, manage your subscription and send account emails such as password resets.
To prevent abuse and keep costs and limits fair.
To measure and improve our advertising.
To meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run Planet. They only receive what they need to do their job:

Supabase: our database and backend.
Vercel: hosting for planet-viral.com.
Stripe: payments and billing.
Resend: account emails.
Anthropic: AI text. Receives your business description, your questions to the editing coach and photos you send there.
Replicate: AI images. Receives photos you ask us to retouch and prompts for ad images.
Apify: research on public videos for your niche. Your personal details are not sent.
Meta: receives ad measurement events from our Pixel and purchase information from Stripe, as described above.

We don't sell your personal information for money. Sharing events with Meta for advertising may count as "sharing" under some state privacy laws. You can switch off ad personalisation in your Meta ad settings, or email us to opt out. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

Planet keeps your login session and your saved plan progress in your browser's storage. The Meta Pixel sets its own cookies. You can clear or block these in your browser settings, but parts of Planet may stop working.

How long we keep it

Account and plan data: for as long as your account exists.
Sign-ups that never pay: deleted automatically after 30 days.
Login sessions expire after 90 days.
Payment records: kept by Stripe and by us for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data by emailing Planet-Viral@outlook.com from the address on your account. We'll reply as soon as we can. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel billing: cancel your plan first (see our refund and cancellation page).

Security

We use encrypted connections and restrict who and what can reach your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

Planet is for businesses and people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Where data is processed

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above. If the change is significant we'll tell you by email or in Planet.
